Government

One of the the thrilling things about the server is that the time period and starting story is just as Dorado gains independence and is forming its own government. This means that players will have a direct impact on the formation of the government, including the form and function.

The current temporary government is a council representing the different counties, each county electing a representative. The council is responsible for the day to day operations of the government.

Voting

To support the election of government officials at the county and territory level a voting system will be in place that requires characters to declare their county of residence, which cannot be changed frequently and will only allow voting once in a given election. Ballots will be cast at the local town hall or general store.

Elected Positions

The following positions will be elected by the players, this list will change and update based on the choices of the characters as they form government.:
